By using Receipts AI ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Receipts AI is a receipt scanning and expense tracking application using on-device AI.

3. Not Tax Advice

Important: This App does NOT provide tax advice, accounting services, or financial recommendations. Always consult a qualified tax professional.

4. Subscriptions

• Free: 10 receipt scans per calendar month
• Pro Monthly: $6.99/month
• Pro Yearly: $49.99/year (best value)
• Payment charged to your Apple ID account
• Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
• Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

5. Your Data

You own all your data. We don't have access to it. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy

OCR and AI categorization may occasionally make errors. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy before tax filing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use, including incorrect categorization or data loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
