How It Works

All data processing (OCR, AI categorization, mileage tracking) happens entirely on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks.

Your receipts sync via your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit:

• ✅ Only YOU can access your data
• ✅ Data is encrypted end-to-end by Apple
• ✅ We (the developers) have zero access to your iCloud data
• ✅ Deleting the app removes all local data

Third-Party Services

• Apple iCloud (CloudKit) — Sync between your devices (encrypted, your account only)
• Apple StoreKit — Subscription management (managed by Apple)
• TelemetryDeck — Anonymous usage analytics (no user IDs, no IP addresses)

GDPR & CCPA

Because we collect zero personal data, GDPR "right to deletion" and CCPA "right to know" are automatically satisfied.

Children's Privacy

Receipts AI is not directed at children under 13.
