Muon is free to download with a selection of sounds. To unlock all 18 sounds and pro features, a one-time purchase of $3.99 is available. No subscriptions, ever.
Q: How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Muon → Settings → tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Restoration is free and unlimited across all your devices.
Q: Sound stops when I lock the screen — how do I fix it?
Muon supports background playback. If sound stops:
Q: How does the Sleep Timer work?
Tap the timer icon, choose a duration (15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 minutes), and Muon will gently fade out the sound and stop playback when time runs out. Fade-out can be toggled in settings.
Q: Can I mix multiple sounds?
Yes! Tap the mixer icon and add up to 4 sounds simultaneously. Adjust each volume independently with the sliders. You can save your favorite mixes for one-tap recall.
Q: Is the Baby Soothing Mode safe for infants?
Yes. Sounds in Baby Soothing Mode are designed at gentle volumes inspired by clinical research. Always keep the device at a safe distance from the baby (at least 6 feet / 2 meters) and at a moderate volume. Consult your pediatrician for personalized advice.
Q: Does Muon work offline?
Yes — 100% offline after the first download. Muon does not collect any data, does not require an account, and never sends any information to our servers.
Q: How can I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select Muon to request a refund. If Apple denies your request and you believe there's a legitimate issue, email us at flashbody@foxmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Q: Will Muon support Apple Watch / CarPlay / Mac?
macOS support (via iPad app) is already available. Apple Watch and CarPlay support are on our roadmap — let us know if you'd like to see them prioritized!
